On Wednesday, May8th at 8:00, Peter and Pico will be in conversation at 92Y about writing on the occasion of the publication of Peter’s The Buried: An Archeology of the Egyptian Revolution and Pico’s new book, Autumn Light: Season of Fire and Farewells, a meditation on impermanence, mortality, and grief that draws on his more than 30 years of living in Japan. Autumn Light will be published by Alfred A. Knopf on April 16th of this year.
